The Agent Fast Track is hiring a real estate agent and recruiter to find agents with potential for our team. You’ll be responsible for attracting talent and ensuring that each candidate is a good culture fit for the team. The ideal candidate for this role is a licensed agent with a track record of success in sales and strong relationships in the industry. The ideal candidate is driven and focused, however, they may currently lack the skills or infrastructure required to build a team. We offer systems, technology, masterminds, and 1-to-1 mentorship to help you get over that hurdle. Please note this is NOT a salaried or hourly position. It is commission-based. The compensation range is typical for our agents who both sell and recruit to help build The Agent Fast Track. Responsibilities: • Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful • Follow our proven process, the Agent Attraction Accelerator, for finding and vetting qualified agents Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position • Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well • Superb time management and organizational skills • Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services Compensation: $100,000 - $175,000
