You’ll be responsible for engaging potential new agents to join the team, vetting the candidates to ensure their qualifications, and narrowing down to candidates best suited for our culture. Responsibilities: • Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected • Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria • Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business • Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process • Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years experience as Real Estate Recruiter • Desire to network with other agents and people in the local Real Estate community • Will meet with the Sales Manager weekly • The position is a contractor position • Compensation is a base salary plus bonus structure Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 base + commission
