Responsibilities: • Build strong relationships with potential leads to increase sales performance consistently • Offer expert guidance to both buyers and sellers, understanding their unique home preferences and guiding them through successful transaction closures • Cultivate lasting client relationships by providing top-notch service and valuable advice, encouraging repeat business • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the local community to address property inquiries effectively • Create detailed purchase offers for buyers to streamline the closing process efficiently Qualifications: • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining exceptional interpersonal skills is a must • Demonstrates a pleasant and reliable demeanor at all times • Proficiency in MS Office/Google applications is required • Holds a valid real estate agent’s or broker’s license in the state of California or the motivation to get one Compensation: $73,500 - $182,600 yearly
