Responsibilities: • Engage consistently with potential leads to boost sales performance and achieve desired outcomes. • Offer expert guidance to buyers and sellers, understanding their unique housing preferences and guiding them through successful transaction closures. • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and expert advice, with a focus on continuous consultation for repeat business. • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the local community to address inquiries about available properties and neighborhood amenities effectively. • Prepare detailed purchase offers for buyers, ensuring a smooth and efficient closing process. Qualifications: • Must be able to work effectively on your own while also possessing strong interpersonal skills. • Demonstrating a friendly and dependable attitude consistently is a requirement. • Proficiency in MS Office/Google applications is essential for this role. • Preferred to have a real estate license or be willing to obtain one. Compensation: $92,400 - $197,000 yearly
