Responsibilities: • Engage daily with potential buyers and sellers in the Canyon Country area to generate leads effectively. • Receive continuous support and training to continuously enhance real estate skills and knowledge. • Benefit from weekly coaching sessions, including both group and one-on-one sessions, to empower goal achievement. • Maximize sales performance by utilizing the various provided marketing strategies. • Welcome new and experienced agents to join the team in Canyon Country, CA to be part of a thriving environment. • Guide buyers and sellers through transactions, ensuring successful closures by understanding preferences. • Prioritize building strong client relationships through top-notch service and expert advice delivery. • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the local community to effectively address inquiries about available properties. • Streamline the closing process by creating detailed purchase offers for buyers meticulously. Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal skills are a must for success in this role. • We seek individuals with outstanding sales, negotiation, and communication abilities to become part of our team. • The ideal candidate will demonstrate a friendly and dependable demeanor. • Proficiency in MS Office/Google applications is a requirement for this position. • While possessing a real estate license is preferred, we also welcome motivated candidates willing to obtain one. Compensation: $92,300 - $197,400 yearly
