Responsibilities: • Conduct follow-up with leads in order to boost sales performance • Provide consultations to buyer and seller clients to better understand their home preferences and requirements and successfully close deals • Emphasize the importance of continuous consultation by offering top-notch service and advice to foster client relationships and generate repeat and referral business • Possess in-depth local knowledge of the community to address inquiries about potential properties and the neighborhood • Draft written purchase offers for buyer clients to facilitate a smooth and efficient closing process Qualifications: • Passionate about real estate and eager to obtain or hold a current real estate license • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members Compensation: $76,500 - $167,400 yearly
