Responsibilities: • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties • Conduct property viewings, host open houses, and evaluate market conditions in the area. • Create and implement marketing strategies utilizing platforms like social media and the MLS. • Engage in contract negotiations and ensure adherence to legal and financial guidelines. • Facilitate communication and coordination among involved parties throughout transactions. • Maintain accurate records, deliver exceptional customer service, and cultivate lasting client relationships. Qualifications: • To qualify for the Real Estate Agent Trainee position you must have a high school diploma as a minimum requirement and either possess a valid real estate license or be willing to obtain one. • Previous experience in sales, negotiation, or customer service is beneficial, but we offer comprehensive training for those new to the industry. • Essential skills for this role include strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities. • Familiarity with MLS, real estate tools, and digital marketing is preferred to excel in this position. • The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and approach tasks with a client-first mindset. Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 yearly
