Qualifications: • Must hold an Active Real Estate License in California. • Must reside in close proximity to our Victorville office for training sessions and meetings. • Availability for a full-time commitment to work with both buyers and sellers as leads are generated. • Participation in a comprehensive 1-week training program aimed at ensuring success in the role. • Embrace a team-oriented approach where sharing knowledge is encouraged. • Display enthusiasm and thrive in a dynamic and energetic work environment. Compensation: $70,000 - $168,000 at plan yearly
