Responsibilities: • Effectively market residential properties in the Denver, CO, US area, utilizing company-provided leads and appointments for targeting potential buyers accurately. • Skillfully handle negotiations for purchase agreements and contracts, ensuring the satisfaction of both buyers and sellers with the support of company-generated leads. • Conduct thorough market analyses to precisely determine property values within the Denver region, leveraging the resources provided by the company. • Provide clients with valuable insights on crucial real estate procedures and offer expert guidance throughout the transaction process, supported by the company's leads and appointments. • Maintain an active Real Estate License in compliance with all regulatory standards, while benefiting from the company's top-tier leads and appointments.
