Licensed agents that join the inMotion Group Properties team are consistently closing 2-3 real estate transactions a month with leads that we provide. inMotion Group Properties is partnered directly with the top lead sources in the world. We provide the training and support to help you take these leads and open escrows. We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 2-3 deals per month within 90 days time. inMotion Group Properties offers continued education to ensure that our licensed agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition. 2025 is the year you can increase your production for good. Regardless if you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, our licensed agents are consistently able to open 2-3 escrows a month with the leads we are able to provide. Responsibilities: • Market residential properties effectively in the Denver, CO, US area, targeting potential buyers with precision • Skillfully manage negotiations for purchase agreements and contracts to ensure mutual satisfaction of buyers and sellers • Perform in-depth market analyses to determine property values accurately within the Denver region • Offer clients valuable insights on essential real estate procedures and expert guidance throughout the transaction process • Maintain an active Real Estate License to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards Qualifications: • To qualify for this position, a valid Real Estate License is a mandatory requirement • Previous experience in the Real Estate sector is a prerequisite that must be met • Holding US Work Authorization is a necessary qualification for consideration • Strong communication skills are essential for effective client interactions • Demonstrated success in sales is a foundational requirement for this role Compensation: $72,000 - $312,000 yearly
