Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Show a track record of real estate success • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Must Have an Active Real Estate License Compensation: $90,000 - $175,000 at plan yearly
