Real Estate Appointment Setter/ Acquisitions Manager

Compensation $3000/Month + Commissions Responsibilities: • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Follow up with warm prospective seller leads via phone, email, and other forms of communications • Qualify the incoming leads and quickly schedule in-person appointment • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Update the company’s CRM with notes to ensure the team has up-to-date information regarding the lead • Assess comparable, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks Qualifications: Qualifications • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • +1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • If you have absolutely no real estate experience but you are excellent at nurturing leads and relationships over the phone, we would still meet with you Compensation: $3,000 monthly + Commissions
