    We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented. Responsibilities: • Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration • Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork • Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood Qualifications: • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager • Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends • Great written and verbal skills • License for real estate is preferred but not required • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry • A real estate license is a plus, but not mandatory • Exceptional attention to detail • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized and efficient • Collaborative team player • Customer-focused with a service-oriented attitude Compensation: $25 - $28 hourly
