Encore Real Estate Advisors is seeking a talented Real Estate Assistant to support our high-performing team in the Santa Fe and Albuquerque area. This role is critical to ensuring our agents can focus on selling luxury real estate while you manage the essential day-to-day operations. Compensation: • Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Stipend Benefits Available • Bonuses - Considered after a 60-day period • Rapid growth potential Responsibilities: • Manage projects and ensure deadlines are met. • Prepare comparative market analyses (CMAs) for listing appointments. • Accompany clients to listing appointments, taking detailed notes and providing support. • Organize and manage property photography sessions. • Oversee marketing efforts, eventually taking ownership of all marketing tasks with established processes. • Run errands related to listings, documents, lockboxes, etc., in both Santa Fe and Albuquerque. • Manage and maintain database systems. • Screen and direct phone calls; distribute correspondence. • Handle requests and queries appropriately. • Schedule meetings and appointments. • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs. • Assist clients to ensure they have an extraordinary experience. • Manage day-to-day office operations and track expenses effectively. • Assist with lead management and marketing initiatives. • Help clients through the closing process. • Assist in training new brokers on the team. Qualifications: • Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail. • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems. • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload efficiently. • Strong interpersonal skills with superior oral and written communication abilities. • Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. • Discretion and confidentiality in all tasks. • Customer service focus with a commitment to excellence. • Willingness to obtain a real estate license upon hiring (reimbursement provided). • Comfortable handling strong personalities with professionalism. • A strong "CAN and WILL DO" attitude with the dedication to support agents and clients alike. • Experience in real estate is preferred but not required. • Ability to travel between Santa Fe and Albuquerque as needed. Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000
