We are looking for an energetic and organized Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team and help drive our success. We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and creative Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our team with administrative tasks, client communications, and social media marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and innovative, helping us improve processes, maintain organization, and enhance our brand presence. Responsibilities: • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area • Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness • Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments • Maintain and update our Lofty CRM database, ensuring accurate client records, transaction details and follow-ups. • Develop and implement efficient systems, processes, and checklists to improve team productivity. • Develop and implement engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to grow our audience. • Create visually appealing posts, reels, and stories to showcase listings, client testimonials, market updates, and real estate tips. • Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction. • Assist in email marketing campaigns, blog writing, and digital advertising initiatives. • Research and implement new marketing trends and technology tools to enhance brand visibility. Qualifications: • Communicates well, both verbally and written • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently. • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset to improve processes. • Creative and passionate about social media marketing and branding. • Tech-savvy, and comfortable with CRM platforms (experience with Lofty CRM is a plus). • Self-motivated and able to work independently while being a team player. • Prior experience in real estate administration, customer service, or marketing is preferred. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
