Your Key Responsibilities Will Include • Providing concierge-level service to clients • Collaborating with the transaction coordinator to ensure smooth transactions • Drafting and managing listings, offers, and counter-offers • Acting as the primary contact for third parties and vendors • Managing the database and overseeing the sales pipeline • Preparing materials for appointments and managing your lead agent's email and calendar In addition to real estate-specific tasks, you’ll support the lead agent with executive assistant duties: • Handling email inbox and scheduling • Managing correspondence and keeping your lead agent prepared for all appointments Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience supporting a real estate agent or team • FL real estate license preferred • Proficiency with Outlook, Google Suite, MLS, DocuSign, CRM platforms, and project management software Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
