Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Team Coordination & Support: Boost team efficiency with proactive coordination, keeping tasks and deadlines on track. • Deal Management & Tracking: Manage 50-75 real estate deals annually, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met, with regular updates on deal statuses. • Transaction Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for all parties, ensuring smooth transactions and managing necessary paperwork. • Vendor & Partner Coordination: Liaise with vendors and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and timely services. • Documentation & Compliance: Oversee submissions and ensure all documentation aligns with firm and industry standards. Maintain organized records, both digital and physical. Qualifications: • 3+ years of administrative experience in commercial or residential real estate, you thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments, managing transactions, juggling deadlines, and keeping everything running smoothly • Proficient in real estate software (MLS, LoopNet, Crexi, etc.), and have experience with InDesign.
