The Details: • Salary: $60,000- $ 70,000 with an opportunity for a bonus • Hours: Full-time, salaried position with 8:00-4:30 Monday-Friday hours with occasional needs on the weekends. • Benefits: Unlimited Paid Time Off, sick pay, and holidays • Location: Rochester, MN - In Office/Hybrid - You live within a 30-minute commute of Rochester, MN, and you MUST have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance. What You’ll Do In this role, your reliability, integrity, and attention to detail will make a real difference. You tackle challenges head-on and clear the path so your Broker can focus on building relationships and closing deals. You’ll do a little of everything, including but not limited to: Administrative Support • Provide high-level executive support • Coordinate complex schedules and client communications • Manage inboxes, calendars, and to-do lists • Handle the details so your agent can stay focused on revenue-generating tasks Database Management • Manage and maintain the client database • Track follow-ups and pipeline activity • Use the CRM to hold the agent accountable for follow-up plans • Oversee all aspects of listing and transaction coordination • Prepare for listing appointments and manage pre-market prep • Coordinate showings, open houses, and vendor schedules • Support buyers from onboarding to closing • Collaborate with the transaction coordinator, lenders, title companies, and clients Marketing & Event Planning You’ll take charge of the team’s marketing efforts, including: • Managing a marketing calendar • Supporting listing promotion • Keeping the team’s online presence current • Helping plan and coordinate community events You don’t have to be a marketing expert, but a basic understanding of marketing will go a long way. You’ll work with third-party vendors and professionals as needed to keep things on brand, on time, and running smoothly. Qualifications: How To QualifyExperience: 2+ years supporting real estate professionals in a similar capacity with longevity in your roles. • License: An active real MN estate license is required. • Skills: You are tech-savvy and proficient in MLS, CRM tools, Excel, Google Workspace, and project management software. • Attributes: Extreme attention to detail, outstanding communication, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 yearly
