We’re hiring a motivated real estate assistant to work closely with TOP producing broker. everything from putting a sign and key box on, meeting the photographer, inspector, appraiser, agent accompanied showings, communicating with sellers, other agents, hosting open houses, inputting listings, marketing and pretty much anything real estate. Must be able to think independently, troubleshoot, communicate and switch directions as this business can be unpredictable. Responsibilities are varied and include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database, customer feedback and updates, assisting clients with electronic signing, complying with legal procedures. You’ll also market on social media and plan company events. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator both written and verbal, who is driven and detail-oriented. Responsibilities: • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings • Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness • Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary • Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials • Have a positive mindset and "can do" attitude! Qualifications: • Background in real estate is required for this position • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED • Weekend and evening availability • Great written and verbal skills • License for real estate is preferred but not required • Must be licensed, experienced and live in SWFL.
