We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for listing appointments, oversee important deadlines and notify clients when necessary, Coordinate schedules & attend showings, final walkthroughs, and other appointments. You’ll also manage the production of marketing materials and facilitate monthly training sessions. Manage lead process and other miscellaneous projects. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, and a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process. Compensation: $33,000 yearly + bonus Responsibilities: • Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration • Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood • Coordinate monthly agent training events for continuing education • Manage Showing Requests • Lead management & distribution • Showing Properties • Working/showings with buyers • Communication with past/current clients • Compile marketing materials - such as printed listing/buyer presentation packets • Marketing Coordination • Keep the team leader organized by being proactive Qualifications: • Communicates well, both verbally and written • Available evenings and weekends • High school diploma or equivalent required • Background in real estate is required for this position • Either already has or is working towards real estate license • Full-time position with 1 year of realtor experience • Licensed • Clear communication skills • Superb organization skills • Familiar with internal processes & systems • Technical skills: basics of the MLS, Google email/calendar, video conference via Zoom or Google & a customer relationship system (CRM) • Resume/DISC Assessment/Professional References • Team player who believes their team's success is their success • Great communication skills, interpersonal & time management skills • Coachable • Available evenings & 1/2 day on weekends Compensation: $33,000 yearly
