    Real Estate Transaction Administration Coordinator Must reside in SWFL and be willing to work on weekends and evenings. We are The Pappas-Burback Team, a successful, fast-paced, high-energy Real Estate Team at Compass in Naples, FL, in need of a top-notch Real Estate Assistant - Transaction Coordinator. This position will be a full-time salaried position with bonus potential. Our mission is to create a concierge/boutique buying and selling experience for clients, and the ideal candidate needs to be committed to helping us achieve this client experience. With over 20 years in the real estate business, we have a fun, fulfilling working environment and think of our team as family. Responsibilities: This integral role will be responsible for: • Assisting Principal Agents with administrative tasks and customer needs • Updating client database • Navigating the current Compass Platform (CRM & Business Tracker) • Assisting with Open House preparation (creating brochures, organizing events (if applicable) • Sending bi-weekly/monthly progress reports to sellers • Delivering marketing brochures & lockboxes as needed to properties • Handling from start to finish, all details from contract to closing and listings to market. To include, but not limited to, drafting contracts/listings, processing contracts/listings, keeping all parties abreast of all deadlines, scheduling final walk-throughs, ordering floor plans, photography, and HOA documents • MLS Input • Obtaining feedback for showings • Creating a standard of procedures and updating them accordingly, with good eye for quality control Qualifications: Our ideal candidate must possess the following skills/attributes: • Must reside in SWFL full-timeMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be willing to work evenings and weekends as neededVery detail-oriented • Strong organization and prioritization skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Client service skills (follow-up, personable, friendly) • Sense of urgency with deadlines • Must have Real Estate experience, with a strong background in contracts/transactions/listings • Technologically savvy (MAC, GOOGLE DOCS, APPFILES) • Must be versed in NABOR/FAR BAR contracts Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
