Responsibilities: • Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards • Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention • Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales • Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team • Team Sales • Individual sales • Database • Grow your division • Coach and train Qualifications: • Superb customer service and communication skills • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team • A real estate license is required • Brokers license or ability to obtain one • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 at plan commissions
