Responsibilities: • Cooperate with the leadership team on a retention strategy to ensure we keep our top-performing real estate agents • Support real estate agents by helping to produce marketing materials and promote the brokerage online and on social media to gain sales • Build up our brokerage by finding and hiring new realtors that will improve our team • Manage all aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all real estate transactions the agents are involved in • Make training materials for new real estate agents and develop them to perform up to our brokerage’s high standards • Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards • Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention • Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales • Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team • Team Sales • Individual sales • Database • Grow your division • Coach and train Qualifications: • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Real estate license required • Brokers license or ability to obtain one • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan
