Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver training materials to new real estate agents, ensuring their performance aligns with team expectations • Collaborate with leadership to implement retention strategies for agent success and longevity • Support agents with marketing materials and create engaging online and social media content to drive sales • Manage all operational aspects of your team’s activities • Drive team sales and individual agent performance • Maintain and grow the team database • Expand and develop your division’s presence and success Qualifications: • Unparallelled communication and customer service skills • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team • Real estate license requiredBrokers license or ability to obtain oneCommission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan commissions
