You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community. Responsibilities: • Comply with tax withholding processes and legal requirements • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals • Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood • Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching • Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements • Supporting partners and senior brokers with daily tasks, client management, and appointments • Hosting open houses, conducting inspections, and ensuring properties are market-ready • Managing and updating the CRM (FollowUpBoss) to maintain accurate client records and complete daily follow-up tasks • Handling client communications, and relationship management, and lead follow-ups to set appointments with senior brokers Qualifications: • Background in real estate is required for this position • Communicates well, both verbally and written • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems • Available evenings and weekends • Ability to commute to our office in Chicago • Available weekdays and weekends • Ability to learn our CRM and other platforms we use • Strong verbal and communication skills • Handle multiple clients • Ability to prioritize workload • Effective use of technology Compensation: $45,000 + Commission
