Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough initial consultations with clients to offer expert advice on their legal matters and assess strengths and challenges in their cases. • Oversee a caseload of real estate matters, ensuring progress is monitored and clients are kept informed of any developments. • Provide clear guidance and supervision to support staff, delegating tasks efficiently and ensuring responsible completion. • Draft various legal documents essential for real estate transactions, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with legal standards. • Establish and implement a monthly revenue goal system to align efforts with financial objectives and maintain the delivery of high-quality legal services to clients.
