Responsibilities: • Establish and promote a successful sales strategy so the team achieves its sales goals and revenue • Oversee market research to remain competitive • Determine and implement attainable goals for agents through coaching and exceptional interpersonal skills • Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team • Aid in creating production and recruiting forecasts This leader would be responsible for: • Conducting dynamic sales meetings • 1-1 coaching and small group coaching to improve their sales team’s skills • Training newly licensed Sales Associates • Seeking out new talent to add to the existing sales force through their recruiting efforts • Transactional coaching and assistance as needed Qualifications: • Have prior experience in sales • Team leadership and/or Management history and ability • Set goals, track performance, and promote company standards • Innovative with "out of the box" solutions • Desire to lead and build • Well-organized, outgoing, and upbeat • Real Estate Sales knowledge and experience • Technological aptitude necessary • Must be licensed in Real Estate currently or in the past • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compensation: $100,000+ (includes Base + Bonuses at plan)
