Responsibilities: • Assure all company policies and procedures and state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws are being followed by the agents and brokerage • Collaborate with the leadership team on retention strategies to ensure our brokerage keeps our top performers • Make training materials for new real estate agents and develop them to perform up to our brokerage’s high standards • Expand our brokerage by hiring top-performing realtors for our team • Run all operational aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all transactions the real estate agents perform • Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards • Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention • Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales • Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team • Team Sales • Individual sales • Database • Grow your division • Coach and train Qualifications: • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team • Unparallelled communication and customer service skills • A real estate license is required • Brokers license or ability to obtain one • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $90,000 - $140,000 at plan commissions
