Responsibilities: • Make training materials for new real estate agents and develop them to perform up to our brokerage’s high standards • Run all operational aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all transactions the real estate agents perform • Build up our brokerage by finding and hiring new realtors that will improve our team • Assure all company policies and procedures and state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws are being followed by the agents and brokerage • Help real estate agents with marketing materials and support the brokerage with creative online and social media promotion to increase sales • Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards • Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention • Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales • Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team • Team Sales • Individual sales • Database • Grow your division • Coach and train Qualifications: • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team • Working knowledge of the real estate industry and of all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure our brokerage is in compliance • Candidates must possess a managing broker’s license • Excellent customer service and communication skills • A real estate license is required • Brokers license or ability to obtain one • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $90,000 - $165,000 at plan
