Responsibilities: • Continue to run your Brokerage and agents with additional Keller Williams systems, tools, and benefits • Leverage Keller Williams to help your agents and brokerage grow • Use and leverage Keller Williams training to push your agents to do more sales • Perform all brokerage and agent duties as applicable Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • A Brokers license is required • If you are a producing team under a brokerage, we can explore team and brokerage benefits • Brokerage must meet production requirements • Commission opportunity • Brokerage and agents must be ethical and have good morals • Real estate licenses are required for practicing real estate agents per state compliance • Must live within driving distance of the office • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $80,000 - $180,000 at plan
