Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Source, evaluate, and negotiate investment and commercial real estate opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, property managers, and developers. • Provide expert guidance to clients on market trends, property valuation, and investment strategies. • Collaborate with internal teams on property acquisitions, sales, and leasing transactions. • Manage the end-to-end transaction process, ensuring compliance and a smooth client experience. Qualifications: • Valid real estate broker's license in Illinois. • Proven experience in investment or commercial real estate transactions. • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Proficient in market analysis, financial modeling, and investment evaluations. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with CRM systems and technology tools for client management. Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 yearly
