We are seeking a proactive and motivated Real Estate Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will focus on ensuring customer success by providing hands-on training, mentorship, and accountability for our clients. You will also assist in developing and documenting best practices, success programs, and training materials. Responsibilities: Customer Training and Mentorship • Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions on systems and best practices for internet lead conversion. • Mentor customers to ensure they effectively implement lead conversion strategies and tools. Customer Success and Support • Provide regular accountability check-ins to help clients achieve their business goals. • Call and engage with current and prospective customers to strengthen relationships and assess their needs. CRM Analysis and Optimization • Analyze CRM usage and statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Create actionable reports and provide insights to clients on improving their lead conversion success. Program Development and Documentation • Assist in designing and delivering classes, workshops, and training sessions. • Develop, outline, and document success programs, including best practices and step-by-step guides. Collaboration and Feedback • Work with internal teams to refine training materials and processes based on client feedback. Qualifications: Required Skills and Experience • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coach and mentor others. • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. • Proficient in using CRM platforms and other technology tools. Preferred Skills • Knowledge of real estate industry practices or prior experience in real estate. • Understanding of internet lead conversion strategies and techniques. General Attributes • Highly organized and detail-oriented. • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities. Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour
