    We’re hiring a professional, highly organized real estate office manager to supervise our administrative assistants and ensure our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities include maintaining new MLS listings, organizing paperwork and transaction contracts, and scheduling appointments. You’ll also be in charge of the monthly budget, purchasing office supplies when necessary, and performing basic bookkeeping duties. Responsibilities: • Purchase office supplies as needed and maintain office equipment • Direct office procedures and manage all administrative duties and staff to make sure operations run smoothly • Complete basic bookkeeping tasks, track office expenses, and ensure the monthly budget is adhered to • Provide contract assistance to transaction coordinators or other real estate team members, as well as filing all paperwork efficiently • Plan for real estate team meetings and update calendar with appointments and travel days • Create and update MLS listings in the database and oversee the marketing materials for each listing, including social media posts, photography, signage coordination, brochure drop off, and any other necessary materials • Complete basic bookkeeping tasks, track office expenses, and ensure the monthly budget is adhered to • Provide contract assistance to transaction coordinators or other real estate team members, as well as filing all paperwork efficiently • Take care of all agents’ business administration responsibilities so agents can focus their attention to lead generation, listing and showing properties, and negotiating contracts • Provide concierge-level customer service to vendors and customers to improve customer satisfaction ratings • Administrative duties like preparing agendas, participating in daily meetings, reviewing schedules, answering phones, talking with customers, etc. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred; must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills • 2+ years of experience in office management, real estate or, a related field strongly preferred • General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems • Real estate license is a bonus • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job within the first 90 days. • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills. • Over 2 years of prior office management or similar work experience is required. • HS Diploma, GED or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. • High level of comfort with technology and ability to learn many different software/apps to correctly do the job. Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
