    As the Real Estate Business & Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and success of our real estate team. This position blends business operations, AI-driven technology, marketing strategy, and real estate transaction management to optimize performance and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading processes, overseeing marketing campaigns, implementing AI solutions, managing transactions, and ensuring seamless team operations. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role ideal for a highly organized, proactive leader with expertise in real estate processes, marketing, and technology. Responsibilities: Office Management • Check emails and return phone calls within 15 minutes. • Oversee and run the CRM, AI-driven tools, and all company technology and infrastructure. • Communicate with clients proactively and implement AI solutions to improve customer interactions. • Prepare agendas for team meetings, leadership meetings, and other discussions. • Open & close the office – ensure functionality, efficiency, and that it is well stocked. • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Transaction File Management • Oversee all real estate transactions using the NRE transaction manual for buyer and seller transactions. • Utilize AI-powered document automation for efficient contract preparation and management. • Lead and exceed clients’ expectations by proactively solving transaction challenges. • Prepare and manage real estate contracts, purchase agreements, and presentation materials. • Assist agents & project managers with listing and closing details. • Work with all transaction participants and ensure seamless execution. Marketing Execution • Run all profit centers as directed by Nevin & Team (Sphere, Farm, and others). • Analyze data and use AI-driven analytics to report findings to Nevin for effective marketing strategies. • Manage and optimize the CRM system to ensure client engagement. • Implement and execute marketing strategies using various AI-powered marketing platforms. • Oversee and execute social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. • Work with and manage 3rd party marketing professionals (printers, video editors, graphic designers, web developers). • Maintain the company’s digital and print marketing infrastructure. • Organize and execute client events, networking seminars, and promotional campaigns with team assistance. Support All Team Members as Needed: • Step in for team members when required. • Collaborate with business partners, vendors, and transaction participants. Qualifications: • Outstanding oral & written communication skills • Tech-savvy with a strong ability to integrate AI & new technologies for efficiency and business growth • Proactive problem solver & strong attention to detail. • Provide leadership to real estate transaction participants • Relentless commitment to customer service always • Proficiency in the following platforms: • MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) • Canva & Adobe Creative SuiteMiscellaneous Technology Platforms & AppsCRM Management (Follow Up Boss or similar) • Social Media Marketing & Digital AdvertisingAI Tools & Automation Software (ChatGPT, Jasper AI, Zapier, etc.) Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 yearly +
