Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary liaison between prospective home buyers and listing agents to ensure seamless real estate transactions in Westport, CT, US • Coordinate property viewings, lead home tours, and actively engage in open houses to assist potential buyers • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to assess their interest levels and understand their preferences and requirements for a new home • Compile necessary paperwork like representation contracts, closing statements, purchase agreements, leases, and deeds to facilitate successful property sales • Provide valuable insights on the local housing market to potential buyers to support them in making well-informed decisions • Implement the team's strategic plan effectively to achieve collective objectives • Schedule appointments for potential buyers and ensure timely follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction Qualifications: • A valid U.S. driver’s license for car travel in Westport, CT, US is required. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must-have for this role • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Westport and staying updated on current real estate trends is essential • Holding or working towards a real estate license is a mandatory prerequisite • Strong communication abilities are vital for success in this position Compensation: $96,500 - $186,500 yearly
