Responsibilities: • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal Qualifications: • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Organize and manage time effectively • Active Real Estate License or have the ability to get licensed - No experience necessary! • Passionate about selling • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Be coachable and teachable!! • Must be a self-starter • Goal-driven! Compensation: $150,000 at plan earnings
