Responsibilities: • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Follow the team plan • Team player • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Database and CRM • Good communication • Attend office and coaching meetings Qualifications: • Show a track record of real estate success • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Real estate license required • Great communication • Commission opportunity Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan
