Responsibilities: • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Open houses • Hunt for buyer leads • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • A real estate license is requiredCommission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan
