Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Follow the team plan • Team player • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Database and CRM • Good communication • Attend office and coaching meetings Qualifications: • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • A valid real estate license is requiredCommission opportunity • Great communication Compensation: $80,000 - $170,000 at plan
