Responsibilities: • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results • Lead follow up • Team and individual sales • Training • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • A real estate license is requiredCommission opportunity • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $165,000 at plan
