You’ll be responsible for generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. Responsibilities: • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • A proven track record of success • Sales experience preferred • At least two years experience as real estate agent with $3 Million in volume • Conversationally fluent in English and Spanish, other languages a plus Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 commission based
