Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing: • Working with qualified buyer leads (yes— we provide leads ) • Attending buyer consults, home showings, and negotiations • Writing and managing offers, inspections, and the full transaction process • Staying in close communication with your clients, lender partners, and transaction team • Keeping your CRM updated, your pipeline full, and your follow-up tight Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Active Tennessee real estate license • Experience working with buyers preferred—but not required • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable making calls, sending videos/texts, and following up consistently • Willing to work evenings/weekends when needed—it’s the nature of the business • Must be a full-time real estate agent and in-office with the team (no remote agents) • A growth mindset, a servant’s heart, and a team-first attitude Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
