Explore opportunities with: Sophie Shen Real Estate Team The Shee Group led by Renna Shee Lutz Cruz Group Responsibilities: • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes • Negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers • Conduct open housesConvert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments • Participate in team activities per team standards • Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones • Assist Buyers with visiting and considering potential homes to buy on private tours • Assist with open houses and broker tours • Assist Buyers with disclosures, comparable sales, and home purchase-related analysis • Complete Agent Visual Inspections Qualifications: • California Real Estate license required • Exceptional professionalism, people skills, team spirit and attitude • You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit • You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions • Overcoming objections comes naturally • You are a strong communicator and committed to service • Team player • 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Learning based, growth-minded • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues • Excellent time management skills
