Responsibilities: • Serve as the liaison between clients and listing agents to facilitate seamless real estate transactions in Oklahoma City, OK • Coordinate property viewings, conduct home tours, and actively engage in open houses for potential buyers • Contact pre-qualified leads to assess interest levels and identify home preferences and requirements • Prepare various documents including representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for successful property transactions • Provide essential information about the local housing market to prospective buyers in Oklahoma City, OK • Adhere to the team's strategic plan to achieve collective goals • Schedule appointments with buyers and ensure timely follow-ups for effective customer service Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car in Oklahoma City, OK, US • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role • Knowledge of the Oklahoma City real estate market and current trends is preferred • Possession of a real estate license in Oklahoma City is a requirement, or the willingness to obtain one • Strong emphasis on effective communication skills Compensation: $85,000 - $150,000 yearly
