Responsibilities: • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Compensation: $98,000 - $125,500 yearly
