You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Responsibilities: • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Daily work CRM to call and nurture leads • Actively seek out new lead sources through networking, building databases, cold calling, open houses, etc • Convert leads into appointments through effective communication via phone, email, etc. • Attend appointments with clients to show properties that fit their needs/wants list as well as inform them about current market conditions • Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to help them secure property at a fair price • Assist clients through every step of the home buying/selling process from start to finish • Stay up to date on local market trends as well as changes in regulations surrounding real estate transactions Qualifications: • Show a track record of real estate success • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Compensation: $115,000 at plan yearly
