You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities: • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Daily work CRM to call and nurture leads • Actively seek out new lead sources through networking, building databases, cold calling, open houses, etc • Convert leads into appointments through effective communication via phone, email, etc. • Attend appointments with clients to show properties that fit their needs/wants list as well as inform them about current market conditions • Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to help them secure property at a fair price • Assist clients through every step of the home buying/selling process from start to finish • Stay up to date on local market trends as well as changes in regulations surrounding real estate transactions Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Show a track record of real estate success • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Compensation: $115,000 at plan yearly
