Responsibilities: • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Qualifications: • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Bilingual is a HUGE plus Compensation: $40,000 - $65,000 yearly commission
