Responsibilities: • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale Qualifications: • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • A proven track record of success • Sales experience preferred • At least two years experience as real estate agent with $3 Million in volume • Conversationally fluent in English and Spanish, other languages a plus Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 commission based
