Responsibilities: • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Follow the team plan • Team player • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Database and CRM • Good communication • Attend office and coaching meetings Qualifications: • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Real estate license required • Ability to learn and coachable • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 at plan commissions
